"Excellent and the host was also!"

"Excellent location on the island! We walked to a lot of our activities — food, ice cream, coffee, groceries , and of course right to the BEACH!! Really loved the beach view from the master bedroom,"

"Host was very responsive. This was an overall very enjoyable experience for our family."

"Location is good. The host is responsive. It will be a better place once it has some upgrades and maintenance -"

"Loved the location and the home was great!Very easy and quick communication with the property management when we needed them!"

"Nice place, excellent location that’s only minutes from the beach. Sunsets across the street over the bay each night. The upper deck was a great place to stargaze and allowed me to get some Astro photography in! Pool was great, some floats and toys already there.Family friendly absolutely yes but guests will need gates for small children due to stairs inside and out. Heads up, bring your own trash bags, cleaners, some extra towels and TP. Washer and dryer was great to have!Would definitely...

"A True Step Back in Time – Unmatched Old Florida Charm!Rating: 5/5 StarsIf you want to experience authentic Old Florida, look no further than the Island Hotel & Restaurant on 2nd Street. Built in 1859, this historic building oozes character from every creaky wooden floorboard and thick tabby wall. Staying here is less like booking a standard hotel room and more like stepping straight into a living history museum—with all the warmth and hospitality you could ever ask for."

"Very nice house. Perfect for our family beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach and lots of amenities provided."

"Great place to stay for a large family vacation!"

"This was one of our favorite family vacations. We had an amazing week. The host was wonderful to work with. The home is well stocked with all the things we needed. The layout of the house worked out perfectly....plenty of room for our large group to gather together. We loved all the seating around the table so we could eat together (with an amazing view)! When the teens and younger kids wanted to do their own thing the 2 family rooms offered some separation so they had their hangout area and...

"We can’t say enough great things about this wonderful house! We’ve been visiting Florida for the past 5 years as a family in different areas. This year, we decided to bring our dog along for the ride. After further research, we realized how hard it is to find a place in Florida that allows our golden retriever. It was such a blessing in disguise - we would’ve never found this hidden gem of an island, or this cozy home, had it not been our desire to accommodate our pup this year! Upon arrival,...

"The property is set up nice and well maintained."

"I really wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review for this property, however... We were traveling in from Naples and decided to book this place as we made our way back home. It looked like to perfect stop for us. My husband booked the room as I drove, and he proceeded to look for other stops along the way for us to visit. After making several stops, we headed to this final destination for the night, not realizing that we would arrive as late as we did. The last hour of our trip, I let my...

"Rooms and building were nice. Great location. However, the hot water in room was not hot. Luke warm at best. We were there for 3 nights and only received 1 towel per person. No daily cleaning service that gives you more. There was only part of a toilet paper roll in room. No additional ones. Did not know that until we ran out. There was no blow dryer or iron in room. They need to do better."

"So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom."

"Nice stay"
