Spacious 2000+sqft Home, 3 min to Beach, Lighthouse & Quaint Village

Family Tides condo, which is centrally located on the island was updated a few years ago. It includes all new paint, appliances and flooring in the bedrooms. Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with large living room, dining area & beautiful kitchen. Right off from that area the balacony door leads to the front deck spanning the entire full front of the building. One can enjoy the scenic view of downtown St. George Island including the lighthouse from sitting in a rocking chair. The public beach, lighthouse, quaint shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. The condo is next door to Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and about a block from Island Outfitters (beach rental equipment) and Island Dog Outdoors.

There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the eastern portion of the island.

The beds sleep up to 8, not including the sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 1st guest bedroom features a full bed and twin bunkbed, and the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (linens available for the sofa bed upon request).

Kitchen comes supplied with condiments, standard coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker with filtered water dispensing frig. There is a washer and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi and a 50" Smart TV (no cable) and DVD player along with family-friendly DVDs.

The condo is located upstairs (above a quiet restaurant), providing a better view of the island. Bookings 7 nights or more get a 10% discount; 28 nights or more get a 20% discount.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it has always been great. It has the perfect location for the activities we like to do on St George Island. We always enjoy coming back. A very nice rental

The location was fantastic, centrally located everything is in walking distance, with plenty of space. Clear and friendly communication with the owners. Will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

Friends weekend on the Forgotten Coast

3 couples plenty of room and very comfortable! Loved our stay. The balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd was never too loud and provided a limited view of the gulf. Walking distance to most anything.

So affordable and close to the beach

The property was very spacious, and I loved the balcony outside. The restaurant downstairs is very quiet with very little traffic. Check in/out was super easy and convenient, and the host was very attentive. 10/10 would recommend!

Was perfect for our family

Everything was great. Really good location centrally in town. Plenty of places to eat near by, and the beach is easily in walking distance. Small hick up getting in the day of, but got ahold of them and got everything resolved quickly. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location with just a short walk to everything. Everything was clean and we had a lot of room for everyone. Our dog especially loved sitting on the front porch to people watch. Our host was very kind and attentive to anything we needed.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Very clean, large unit with a great location. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The ice cream shop is right next door and was a must visit every night. 12/10 would recommend!

Huge condo, perfect location

The condo is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was perfect for our family. The location was great! It was a very short walk to the beach, Paddy's, and all the shops. I recommend eating Subway when you arrive or else you will be craving it the whole time because of how good it smells! We will be back!

Center of Town Jewel

We have stayed at this property multiple times and always look forward to coming back each year. Right in the center of everything on St. George Island. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Its perfect in every way. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining/livingroom area. Its a hidden gem just like St. George Island is!

Davis Family Vacation

This place was in the middle of everything and easy to find. The apartment is very spacious and also has a game room which is perfect entertainment for the kids. The only down fall I saw was the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, some one left a coffee cup full of coffee on the counter and it was filthy under the beds and sofa. All in all I would stay here again.

Great place!

Our stay was amazing! We got to the island when a storm was blowing in. We are so thankful that the owner let us into the house early. We were right next door to Island Dog rentals where we rented bicycles and paddleboards. We biked all over the island. It was fantastic! The beach is super close and house had everything that we needed to enjoy our beach days. Everything is biking distance to the house which makes for a lovely vacation!

The best part of our trip around Florida was here!

I am super impressed. As first time visitors to the island, my husband and I just hoped to find a nice spot to stay and relax with the kids. The condo was more than just nice- it was very spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and warm in their communications with us, and answered questions in a timely manner. We are very thankful and blessed to have stayed in such a lovely place- everyone agreed that both the condo and the island visit were the best part of our Florida vacation.

Such a convenient location

We were not disappointed! The Condo was huge. It had everything we needed to sleep, cook, relax and play. It even had beach towels and beach toys for our use. It was close to the Highway 300 bridge. Close to the grocery store. A convenient walk to the beach. Close to the Lighthouse and playground. We could walk to Paddy's and could hear their live music from the porch. This is a place we will want to return to again.

Beautiful

The owner was very accommodating allowed us to check in a little earlier than the regular check in time. Even had she not the beach is about a 3 minute walk from the property and we could have stayed there until check in. The property was very clean. We loved the location and sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The boys were obsessed with the air hockey table :) I definitely plan on vacationing on this beautiful island again, and when I do, I hope this property is available to book for that adventure!
