This affordable family friendly home provides all the comforts of home as well as direct water access - perfect for water enthusiasts! Just anchor your boat out the front and enjoy water skiing, fishing and your own private little beach.

Your family and pets will enjoy the peace and quiet this home offers with a fully equipped kitchen, fenced front yard, bar/rumpus room and an entertaining area with water views and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Waterfront Wonderful is perfect for those looking for a family holiday or weekend away with friends. Conveniently located close to the boat ramp, local shops and cafes.

Downstairs has an open plan living space with comfortabe lounges, flat screen smart TV, indoor dining setting for 6 and glorious views of the basin.
Upstairs features a full bar, an additional lounge area and an indoor/outdoor sunroom.

Outside

At the rear of the home there is a covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue. At the front the enormous grass lawn leads all the way to the water's edge.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive; Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and the front yard is fenced. However they are not allowed inside. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

This place was amazing we had the best holiday the spot was perfect the water was a great swimming spot we will definitely book this place again absolutely loved it !!! The house was so well equipped and plenty of space. Thank you so much ☺️

Great for a family and dogs. Not fenced in though so kids and dogs can wander. Beautiful views across the lake. BBQ was behind, not in garden with the view - which didnt make sense. Garden Furniture not inviting to sit outside. A couple of kayaks on site would have been nice. Not many places to dine locally. Country club for dinner was a hit though in sanctuary point.

Gorgeous view, launched our kayak from the backyard. Close drive to Huskisson and to gorgeous Hyams Beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. Place was clean but could do with a deep clean. Great price for the property. No doubt we’ll be back again.

Great place to stay, easy check-in process, clean but could do with a deep clean. Would be happy to return as it was a great price and decent location.

Bonus was to find BBQ on property. No prior advice to bring own linen (should have known), pillows aplenty (bring your own though) otherwise, all you need is there. Its cosy and serene and a short drive from Sydney, another bonus. Good value and recommended.

Great water-front location! Rob and the kids had a great fun sailing and playing water sports. We will definitely come back later in summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in St George's Basin. Fully fenced front yard was great for the dog. We launched our kayak right from the back yard into the basin. Spectacular views. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Loads of appliances and utensils. We were a little unsure of who to contact in relation to this property. We thought it was privately rented out. Turns out it's managed by Integrity Real Estate who were very helpful and friendly once we made the connection. Their office is in Huskisson and that's where you collect/ drop off the keys. We look forward to returning.
