"Beautiful site on the water."

"The initial check-in process was disappointing. I felt that the manager walked by and didn't bother to help us. She's pointed at the girl who was busily helping a line of people with coffee specialty drinks. Pretty weak in my opinion. Eventually, the young lady who was serving drinks came over and checked us in but she was not extremely friendly either. The next couple of days I dealt with Cathy and she was amazing!"
