"The location was great, very close to Lime Street station and easy to find. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfy but unfortunately I didn’t have a good night's sleep as the window didn’t shut properly and so as well as hearing noisy drunken people outside, the window kept making noises as it was moved by the wind."

"Lovely large room. Heating was playing up in the hotel so we were given a portable heater at check in which was absolutely fine. Beautiful hotel would def stay again. Very convenient from the train station and the hotel. Just a short bus ride from each £2 each way"
