Sea Shells offers a bright and well-appointed first floor apartment with on-site parking for one car and just a short stroll to the beautiful Porthminster Beach where you can relax and unwind. For those who wish to explore on foot, the location is ideal to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets of St Ives and the coastal path to Carbis Bay and beyond.

The generous open plan kitchen dining living area boasts a balcony to the front with table and chairs. The living area, decorated in subtle colours, has a TV, comfortable sofa and relaxing armchair. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, toaster, radio and Bluetooth speaker. The dining table seats up to four guests.

The master bedroom with double bed has the added benefit of doors leading onto a patio area. The second bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a king size bed or two single beds. This bedroom is tastefully decorated with neutral colours, accompanied with timber furniture. The bathroom has a jacuzzi corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

To the rear of the property is a patio area, with rotary dryer.

Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture.
