Wave Watching is a stunning contemporary holiday home in a fantastic position with incredible sea and harbour views, both down onto the picturesque seaside town of St Ives and along the Cornish coastline towards Godrevy Lighthouse and across St Ives Bay.

In an ideal location to sample the delights of the St Ives art scene, Blue Flag beaches, award-winning restaurants and boutique shopping, Wave Watching also overlooks Porthminster Beach. These beautiful golden sands are just a few minutes' walk away through the picturesque Primrose Valley.

Along with the fabulous views, an allocated parking space and under floor heating, Wave Watching is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a luxurious break in St Ives all year round.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area is on the first floor. The light and bright living area having comfortable seating, TV and DVD player and a lovely Juliet balcony to take advantage of the views across the ocean, whilst enjoying a sundowner after a day on one of the nearby beaches.

The kitchen is finished to a high specification with high gloss units and boasts an integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and state of the art Quooker Tap for instant boiling water if required. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table seats up to six guests.

The principal bedroom can be found on the second floor with a comfy king size bed and feature window seat to enjoy the seascape. This bedroom leads to a spacious en suite shower room with low-level tray to the cubicle, soft close WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Two further bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The second bedroom having a king size bed and two sets of French doors opening to Juliet balconies to take advantage of the glorious sea and harbour views.

The third bedroom is a good size and has bunk beds.

The family bathroom is also on the ground floor with high quality Villeroy and Boch fittings, consisting of a shower over the bath, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and soft close WC.

This property is really handy for walking into St Ives, and is also a short stroll to Porthminster Beach (albeit hilly). The amenities are great - all modern kitchen and cooking facilities, washing machine, maiden, two bathrooms. Seating area a little cramped for more than two people, as only a hard chaise lounge and a chair. Nice touch with the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Tesco is only a five minute drive away to stock up on provisions. The car parking is very handy as parking in St Ives is not easy, however, ensure you have a small car as the parking spaces are very tight. The only down side is that this property is situated on the main road into and out of St Ives, and is therefore extremely noisy with traffic and buses going directly past the front door.
