"This is a lovely apartment with great views and in an excellent location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped with everything we needed. "

The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. "Stay was excellent, apartment was clean and spotless throughout. Parking space is a bonus in st Ives - however - be aware of the low wall to one side and don’t get caught out and scratch or damage your door. We didn’t but I can easily see it happening"

"Having stayed at St Ives House in September 2021 we were aware what to expect. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience this time. There were glass found in the floor in the twin room my 3 year old occupied. There were clumps of hair in the main bathroom, the furniture was torn and worn in the kitchen. There was also a power cut (which can’t be helped) however battery operated security lighting failed. Trying to get hold of the emergency contact number took sometime and several calls....

"What a fabulous place to stay. Clean, well stocked and comfortable . Carbis bay is beautiful. Some stunning beaches in surrounding areas. Lovely to wake up to a sunrise over the bay, perfect place and something for everyone, "

"Cannot fault the apartment, 3 the elms st ives.Great location,parking under cover in carport. Apartment has everthing you need for a great stay. Would stay again. The only issue we had was the road upto house, cars parking on road upto house difficult at times to drive upto house,, was told nothing can be done to stop parking on road,. Also we would of loved a easy guide to all electrical appliances leaving out say in a book or folder when we arrived on table. for dishwasher, oven, induction...

"This apartment has a fabulous view of the harbour and that’s what we wanted. Plenty of hot water and a well-equipped kitchen. The en-suite was rather cramped and the door would not shut or lock (looked like the door frame had shifted). The bedhead rattled and stopped the bedroom door from closing. The double doors on to the balcony were hard to close and (as mentioned in the details), the bar below played music until the early hours. The only WiFi is from the bar below and is somewhat...
