    Absolutely captivating private home with panoramic views of St. Thomas and the surrounding waters, and a sunset view every night that can’t be beat.  Easy walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay, but nestled away on a quiet lane above Frank Bay, this 2 bedroom/2 bath stand-alone villa combines the very best and convenience of in-town living with the beauty and relaxation of a private home.  Water views from the private infinity pool invite you to soak in the very best of island life.

    Frank Bay House is a 3-story villa with street-level parking and two gated street-level entries to the villa.  The private pool and courtyard are located on the ground floor with an outdoor shower.  Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a single bed and their own ensuite full bath, are on the second floor, along with an outdoor shower and a charming courtyard.  The third floor has an open-air covered living room, enclosed kitchen and open-air dining area, all of which have panoramic views of the surrounding water, St. Thomas, and of sunset.  The villa has Wi-Fi throughout and Roku streaming enabled 4K TVs in each of the air-conditioned bedroom suites.  The island-style kitchen is ready for coffee in the morning, cocktails later in the day, or gourmet meals, even with the in-town restaurants waiting for you only a few minutes away.  The house is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs as you adventure to nearby beaches, with the pool awaiting your return. Property does not have a back up power source.

We really loved being at Frank House! The house has a gorgeous view and stocked nicely with essentials! I recommend going straight to the house before going shopping… there were lots of kitchen supplies. The beds were great, the outdoor showers were amazing after long hot beach days. A short (but hilly) walk to Cruz Bay for wonderful dining! If you don’t do well with stairs this property isn’t for you, but other wise wonderful. .

Gorgeous house, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views from the lovely open outdoor living area. Great location, very short drive to restaurants etc in Cruz Bay, sometimes we walked to town. Good communication with host. Loved the pool, loved the open layout of the house.

Open kitchen & family areas were okay. Personal pool was great as well as the fantastic views! Close proximity to Cruz Bay is a big plus but be prepared to hike some hills. Big drawback is A/C units are only in the two bedroom areas so gathering together during hot weather is difficult. There is no trash service provided & guests are asked to carry it downtown to a public receptacle.

Exceeded expectations

We loved this house. LOVED IT! Views are incredible. Open air living space and kitchen, air conditioned comfy bedrooms and a large clean pool. Walking distance to everything, just know that there are steep hills in St John so be prepared with good shoes. Pictures don’t do this home justice.

I wasn't sure about this open-air living concept when we booked this but it turned out to be the most unique experience. Highly recommend adding it to your bucket list! No walls, windows...just ocean breezes and great views! The main living areas are under roof so you are protected from any brief showers. The bedrooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.The pool is amazing! There are other homes close by but the lush vegetation provides privacy. There are many levels to this home so be prepared to do lots of stairs...the best justification for lounging hours in the pool :) This home is in a great location, walking distance to restaurant's and shops. Terrific little get away!!

The views from this property are just stunning! Sitting on the open living area and watching the sunset was prime! I’m giving it 5 stars because beauty, location and communication were exactly as described. Here’s the minor downfalls… the second room where I slept had ants crawling all over the walls. My little boy got bites all over his back the first night (poor guy). Then because of the amazing views, it’s tucked up in lush gorgeous trees that are home to bats and bugs that make noises most of the night. Haha we turned the fans on all night, turned on white noise on our phones, and used ear plugs to sleep. So these are items the property doesn’t have much control over but just wanted to make people aware. Also you NEED a 4x4 vehicle to get to the property. The hill is crazy! Haha

This house was exactly what we needed after spending a few days camping. The views were great and it was very private despite being tucked in between several other houses. It is a short and doable walk to town and the traffic on the small roads around it was very light. The private pool was great and refreshing. The a/c in the bedrooms was exactly what you needed after a long day outside. I loved our stay here and would come back and stay again if I get the chance!

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. The host truly thought of everything; the home was fully stocked with all the essentials and so many thoughtful extras (reef safe sunscreen, towels and chairs). It looked exactly like the photos — if not better! Picture perfect from start to finish. We would 100% stay here again.

Hidden Gem!

We had an amazing stay at the Frank Bay house! The pictures do not capture the great amenities of this place which include a 3 level open air concept, a private pool, two comfortable bedrooms with AC, and a short walk to Cruz Bay. Also appreciate how helpful the property manager Tammy was during our stay! Looking forward to renting here again!

We loved our stay at Frank Bay House. The property was very clean, exactly as presented by the Hosts and absolutely beautiful. The location is very convenient to Cruz Bay and both ferry docks.The view from the property, overlooking Pillsbury Sound toward the east end of St. Thomas is breathtaking.The kitchen is well stocked and great for meal preparation if you wish to eat in.The private pool is luxurious and a relaxing way to end each day.Everything about our week at this beautiful property was wonderful.
