The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Leave dishwasher empty. Any dish left outside or inside dishwasher is considered Dirty dishes & will incur extra cleaning fees of $100. Hand wash pots/pans, steak knives and Salad utensils.
Remove your trash out of unit and dispose at local dumpster bins. Do not leave spills or debris on floors, table or counters. Extra cleaning fees will apply of $100.
Return AC temperature to 79 degrees. Turn off all lights, close exterior doors. $100 Extra fees will incur if AC temperatures not adjusted to 79 degrees when departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not leave windows or doors open anytime; nor leave open food indoors or outdoors. Do not feed the birds or any other animal from property
Adult Pool Area: No children below age 15 in pool area, without Adult parent. No pets allowed in pool area. No vaping allowed anywhere on property
