Grande Bay Luxury 3BR Spectacular Unobstructed View

'Southern Serenity' is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath resort condo located on the waterfront with spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters, Cruz Bay, the mountains of St. John and ten surrounding islands. The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk on the beach away from your location. In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants, as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with two king beds, two twin beds and a pull out sofa, it's ideal for a family or a few couples. The twin beds may also be converted to a King bed. If St. John is your wedding destination, Southern Serenity is perfect for your bridal party or wedding guests. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, and many other kithen gadgets. The balcony provides an outdoor granite bar and stools for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The unit is air conditioned and each room has a ceiling fan. The living room has a plasma TV and a stereo system that plays CDs or your Ipod. WIFI and telephone service within the United States are included.

The resort provides twenty-four hour security and a reserved parking space in the garage. The heated pool and hot tub on the deck overlook the aqua blue waters of Cruz Bay. Lounge chairs are provided for relaxing and sun bathing. The on premise fitness center includes treadmills, a pilates machine, weights and a great view of the water.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. They will lead you to your accommodations; share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

Great location

We love being in Cruz Bay. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. This unit has a great view of the bay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and updated. We used Starfish market grocery delivery. We do not rent a car bc taxis are so easily accessible in town.

Great for family

This was a wonderful spot to spend a week with our young kids and their grandparents. The location could not have been more convenient when arriving off the ferry and to explore Cruz Bay after the beaches every day. We will be back!

Family weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend! It is the perfect location for walking into Cruz Bay. The home is very comfortable, quiet and clean. We felt lucky to be there!

Spacious condo with all the amenities you need

Clean, great location walkable to shops, bars and restaurants, across the street from the beach. Nice pool with lounge chairs. Would definitely stay again! FYI VRBO listing states meet and greet at dock which is no longer available but condo is easy to find by walking through shopping area. Be prepared to handle your luggage.

Relaxation awaits!!

We came to St. John for a wedding and needed accommodations near the events that were planned. This listing hit the mark! A bonus was the amazing views and a very comfortable place to unwind between festivities. We loved the convenience of the parking garage for our rental vehicle. The storage locker was well stocked with all the fun things needed for our day at the beach.

Couldn't be better!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful condo. Communication was great, the check-in process was seamless, and the few minor maintenance issues were handled immediately. The condo is well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Of upmost importance to us - the beds are SO comfortable! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

AMAZING PLACE!!

This was our first time staying at Grande Bay, and it did not disappoint! Southern Serenity was the perfect villa for our family. Everything inside of the villa was clean and very well kept. The internet worked perfectly. The views were amazing at any hour of the day. You could not ask for a better location that right at the edge of Cruz Bay. The Grane Bay staff was very accomodating and friendly.

This is our second time staying here! We absolutely love it! We had a group of 6. We picked up some basic groceries and would typically make breakfast then venture out for the day. It’s just steps away from Cruz Bay to shop, eat at, and easy to catch a taxi. The house provides towels, floats and beach chairs. We love this property and would absolutely return again!

Great condo in a great location

We went to St John with friends to celebrate our girls' high school graduation. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had stunning views of Cruz Bay. We had one hiccup that was beyond the control of the owners, but they worked diligently to make things right. Communication with Rachelle was excellent. We would stay again!

We have been to St John five other times & this is by far the best place we have stayed!! Would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone...we will definitely be back!! Awesome trip

We had a great view of Cruz Bay. We enjoyed watching all the different boats come and go each morning. Short walks to the restaurants and shops . 4-10 minutes. uAll our boat trips left from Cruz Bay as well. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The balcony had a shaded side and sunny side . We will be back !!!

Southern serenity

Our family of five stayed for a week. Location was great - walking distance from everything Cruz bay offered. The unit fit our needs to a tee. Clean and great beds, well stocked kitchen. Property staff was outstanding can express how helpful everyone was during our stay. Rented a jeep from Mr Pipers and was very pleased with the process. We made memories that were priceless. I would highly recommend the unit, a real pleasure to stay there. Thank you the Blair’s for sharing.

Host were very accommodative and responsive. Looks like we are allowed only one car parking but they let us park in other vacant spots when it become available. There were no locks in any of the the restrooms but when complained they immediately changed it. Overall, we had a great time and made many memories, thanks to the host Rachelle

Great location nice unit

Location accommodated our group perfectly. To be able to walk from Cruz Bay was great. No worries about driving after a drink. No hassle if some wanted to end the night earlier than others. While parking garage is a bit tight due to support beams, having a reserved spot was great. Rochelle was very responsive and helpful. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. Had the most beautiful rainbows most mornings. The balcony is narrow, but was still a nice place to start and end the day. Everyone loved the shower with the rainfall heads and plenty of hot water. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Unit was clean and generally in good condition. The doors were in rough condition but other than the door from the master to the balcony functioned fine. Could not get the door from master to balcony closed. We still felt safe and it did not detract from our stay. The small bathroom had some repair needs. Appreciated having all the beach gear provided. We would definitely stay again.
