The Neighborhood:
• Mango Terrace Villas is right in Cruz Bay, a location just far enough away from the restaurants and bars to provide serenity but still a quick 10-15 minute walk to all your favorite dining and shopping destinations. Please note: the walk back up from town is a STEEP hill!

Getting Around:
• A Jeep can be rented or you can walk (if you do not mind hills & are in good fitness!) or can taxi fairly easily!

Other Things to Note:
•Please note pool area is shared among the 6 Luxury units at Mango Terrace.
•No parties or excessive noise allowed, especially at nighttime. Violations are strictly enforced by association and you will be forced to leave immediately without refund.

Girls weekend!

We loved staying at this property. Davis was so helpful and accessible. The condo was stocked and clean. He had floaties and tons of towels and bags. We definitely recommend this property to rent!!

Great Stay in Cruz Bay

We had a great stay at Mango Numba 5. The property owner, David, was super responsive leading up to the trip and proactively provided a lot of helpful info. Property location is great. Convenient to town. The unit has everything you’d need for your stay. We would rent here again.

St John retreat

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, couldn’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t already there! Owner very responsive when we were out of dishwasher soap and had someone drop it off immediately. Million dollar view of sunset from infinity pool.

Very nice

Very nice condo. Clean, well equipped, good location. Parking is challenging due to the very steep incline of the road. The owner is great at communicating and supplying information.

Nice condo but location was difficult

The condo itself was nice but the location was very difficult. The hill that the condo was something out of San Francisco and the cabs did not want to drop us off close. The community pool was not clean enough for us to swim in, looked as if it had not been skimmed in quite a while. The condo did not have washer/dryer so we had to use the same beach towels for several days and dry them as best as we could outside. The tvs were not working when we arrived but owner did get someone over to fix the day after we reported it. Overall the condo was newly renovated and nice and had a well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful Condo

Fantastic condo for our stay! We enjoyed being able to walk into town (hills are FUN :), relax by the pool after a day at the beach, use all the beach chairs, floats, and grill was an added bonus! Loved that the terrace had screens to allow fresh air, the breezes and no bugs.

Nice place with good veiws

This condo was perfect for our stay. While walking there is a bit of workout it is definitely close enough to do it. The house was clean and had way more kitchen supplies than I have ever seen at any other rental on St. John. I would gladly stay here again.

Stay with David

The property is fantastic. Great kitchen comfortable living room fabulous screened in deck. It’s got everything. A great grill great air conditioning great Wi-Fi every beach item you’ll need including snorkel gear. But the best part about this place is David the owner. Communication was constant. He sent use a great introductory letter outlining everything you need to know. And then he encourages you to call him which I did and he provides fantastic advice. He works with you to check in early if it’s possible. It was for us thank you. My wife and her sister loved the pool. It was OK for me but I’m not a pool guy. But I will see the views at sunset from the pool can’t be beat. One thing it is on a steep steep hill. Parking can be a challenge. We all were able to make the walk up and down the hill to town but I gotta tell her you’ll be out of breath. This place is worth every penny you pay for it and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And I probably will because I love Saint John

Amazing Property

The property was clean and perfect for my family and I (four total). The views were spectacular and the pool was a great place to end our day. The hills getting up the property look treacherous but they weren’t too difficult to navigate or walk up, even for my 55 year old mother. Thank you David for sharing your home with us!

Cool Out Condo

This spot was everything we needed. Large bedrooms (and beds!), balcony areas, and bathrooms. Clean and updated. Great views and convenient to town and the grocery store. We actually enjoyed the hilly walk in and out of town. The pool was a hit with all of us and we enjoyed lounging with the resident iguana there ;) Would stay again.

The perfect place to celebrate turning 40

Took my family to the island for my 40th birthday. Property was absolutely wonderful. David was great at answering any questions I had prior to my trip. The welcome PDF was perfect and spells out everything you need to know before arrival. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Would return again in a heartbeat!

Great property with nice amenities. Easy check in check with owner and he was very responsive to our requests/questions. Made us feel at home. Excellent location, but hill to walk to location was serious and shouldn’t be underestimated. Owner did try to disclose, but you don’t know until you experience. Great place!

Great getaway place!

Our first trip to St John was excellent! I heard about “the hill”, but know we KNOW the hill very well. The walk into town is short but make sure you wear comfortable shoes. We took a taxi to and from the bays each day but it was a great pleasurable experience. We would stay here again for sure!

Love for Love City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mango Numba in Cruz Bay, St John USVI. The owner was very easy to work with and provided excellent information and tips about St John. We have been coming to STJ for many years and this was another great visit for us all. PS. The beds are super comfy, some of the best we have ever encountered in a rental.

Fabulous vacation!

Everything was great at the property. David was very responsive and helpful with any questions as well as having tons of information available at the property. The unit was well equipped and had almost everything we could have needed. Close walk to town but you do have to manage the hills. Though not a big deal for the easy convenience of being able to walk. The only minor inconvenience was not having laundry in the unit. Though we had friends staying in another one of the units so we used theirs to wash our beach towels nightly. Overall great property and awesome vacation!

Perfect villa!

This villa was perfect for our family vacation! Very centrally located and we could easily walk to nearby restaurants! David was very responsive and answered all of my questions! The parking can get tricky (parking on a hill!) if the nearby villas are full, but we knew that from other reviews. Great views from the deck and pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay

Place is absolutely amazing. Parking is always fun but the same as many places we have stayed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week. David was very helpful and always responded quickly.

really enjoyed this property. big plus was the kitchen, which was huge and fully stocked. having access to netflix and prime, also a big plus. I loved the tiled shower in master bedroom, which was also large with a window. the view from balcony was fine. didn't like the screened in porches at first, but then was grateful for them after I saw all the mosquitos hanging out trying to get in. with the screens we could open all the balcony doors and let that wonderful island breeze in, without worrying filling the place with mosquitos. the pool is beautiful with a great view. my favorite time was waking up at sunrise, and going to the pool deck to sit with my coffee. can't beat that view. the individual A/C units in each room, are also the way to go. this was a very modern 2/2 unit, nicely decorated, with a ton of supplies, inc. everything for beach--chairs, umbrella, coolers. the parking was tricky (at a severe incline) but you get use to it. next time I'll be sure to bring bug spray, because the no-see-ums will eat you up at the beach.
