" Beautiful mountain view's. Exceptionally good and fresh food was provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."

"Had a lovely stay at Chonor House. The hotel has beautiful Tibetan interiors and is a minute from the Dalai Lama Temple complex. There were some issues we had at the property - there seems to be a problem with the plumbing throughout and on one occasion, we found cockroaches at the breakfast area, but the staff was very nice and made changes as requested - changing rooms and changing the entire breakfast spread. Tenzing and Pelki (hope the spelling is right) are really helpful, and a special word of thanks to Pelki who seemed like one of the most competent managers I've seen, and very friendly. Owing to the unique circumstances we found ourselves in (with the threat of war with Pakistan), they even waived our charges for meals we had there. (One word of caution for those with walking difficulties, the hotel is located on a steep slope and has a few steps to climb once you're there.)"

"The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!"
