"was a mess the whole stay. Keys would not work and we couldnt get in our rooms without a mess. Was told i would get a refund for not staying Friday night but it has yet to happen. should have been told about the construction mess so i would have had a choice to go elsewhere but they didnt. "

"I stayed at the CODE right after they opened and for the most part, I had a great experience. Being at a new hotel, there are a few kinks to work out but I am pleased with my stay overall. Cons: rooms are overpriced on the weekends. And they do not include Cleaning service. They charge you an extra $50 on top for them to come turn your room over which is ridiculous in my opinion. The building is not secure, there is open access 24 hours into the garage no key card entry into the building and no key card entry onto your floor so anyone could just walk into the hotel and onto any floor, which is concerning. Valet is $32 a day in self parking is $25 per day. Units are by a busy road so it is loud at night but I can sleep through it. Pros: units are new and beautiful, staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Location is great. The beds are very comfortable."
