"The condo was very nice and clean. It was missing a few things from the listing (breakfast, Klondike bars, shampoo, etc.). The owner was very nice and responsive whenever we had a question. The pool was amazing! Definitely get you a float to lounge around on if you plan to spend some time in the pool. Not as close to downtown St. Augustine as we had hoped but still a reasonable drive."

"Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!"

"Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊"

"The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!"

"The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced."
