"The pros: amazing, quick response from the VRBO/property management team. Like lightning fast! The condo is cute, spacious, has everything you need in the kitchen, plus some nice things like an air fryer and a ton of spices in the cabinets above the cooktop. You can see the waves cresting from the patio and hear the roar of the ocean when it’s quiet outside. Parking is right outside the door, and there’s only a tiny curb and a tiny step up into the unit (maybe 4 inches) if mobility is an issue. The giant sofa is awesome! Lots or room for all. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat but it stayed a cool 71-73. The less great things: the master bath shower handle is very difficult to turn. They should be getting it fixed. A maintenance person came by & said they had to order the part. The guest bath is hard to turn too and the hot/cold are reversed in both the sink and tub. That’s an easy fix that needs to be done. There’s some scratches, dings, stains, and picayune things like a crooked vent in the master bath and a chunk of peeling tile behind the guest toilet. These aren’t dealbreakers, and I understand the churn of STRs. But a little deep cleaning and TLC can go a long way! Some instructions for the remotes for the lights, fans, the “fireplace,” and the TVs would be helpful. The last weird thing is the pool handrail. I’m barely 5 feet tall, and it only came up to my thigh. Be mindful if you need it for balance. You have to hunch over to use it"

"This trip was for a much needed sand between the toes experience and museum/history passion. The location was so convenient,quiet, and pleasant. Details like beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels made beach time so comfortable. The short distance to the beach made watching sunrise truly “awe”some . Close proximity to the lighthouse, Castillo de San Marcos, and Alligator Farm easy to squeeze lots of other museums, sightseeing and beach time into a week! Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfy. Host was helpful and responsive. It was a great way to check off another item on my bucket list!"

"This house was a perfect get-away for five childhood friends who hadn't spent time together in over 40 years! Having separate bedrooms, all with en suite baths, was fabulous. The house appears to be quite new and the furnishings were lovely. Nice private pool in the back, and half a block to the beach entrance. We watched the sunrise in the morning and storms roll in at night from the upper deck. It was a magical stay for all of us, and I would definitely book the house again if we had a large group who wanted to stay together. Highly recommend."
