"Enjoyed our week’s stay. Staff pleasant and helpful. Historical building, so lots of woodwork which makes it a bit dark. Room was spacious but had only one night table. Fireplace was a nice touch. Bathroom large but shower/tub combo a bit tricky. There is a tile step up then a deep bathtub…needs a grab bar or two. Breakfast was quite adequate…coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, croissants, muffins, oatmeal. Coffee, tea and yogurt available all day, evening. Large patio at back with stairs leading up to Water St. Brought our wine and munchies outside in evening. That may change when a new bar opens on patio. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants. Large hotel parking lot . You won’t regret booking."

"We chose the location close to the airport in order to catch an early flight. The flight was delayed several times, but the staff at the hotel, who were organizing transportation to the airport, were very patient and understanding. A lovely, restful stay!"

"My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in St. John’s. The location on Cavendish Sq is ideal and is within walking distance of many historic sites and trails. We were welcomed very warmly at the front desk by Saad and found other staff very pleasant and helpful. Though the rooms were a bit outdated and there was no vent in the bathroom, the beds were very fresh and comfortable. We hiked many trails in St. John’s and area and we slept well at night!"
