  • Beachfront condo located on Dickenson Bay, one of Antigua's best beaches. It is 7 minutes from the capital city of St.John's, 10 minutes from the Airport and 2 minutes from many hotels including Sandals. Walking distance to many beach bars, restaurants, night clubs and water sports activities. Apartment 14 is spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, newly renovated with modern finishing, has 3 balconies with stunning views and roof top patio. The apartment is fully furnished with linen, cable tv & wifi.

Effortless check in, all was as expected. Spacious and comfortable apartment but a little over priced for what it is. Great location but would recommend a car if you want to explore the island, mind the potholes and dont park under trees..No communal pool, but the sea is great. Go to 1st choice to get any food items, you do tend to get riped off using the local shops, no prices and they charge what they want. Siboney hotel had a great restaurant, right next door to Marina Bay and entertainment several times a week, we plotted up there most nights. The beach is lovely and can be accessed easily from behind the apartment.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft

Wonderful stay at Marina Bay!

My family and I stayed at Marina Bay for one week in early January. Marlon's unit is exactly as advertised - clean, modern, and comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and Marlon was extremely responsive to all my questions. He even provided complimentary drinks/snacks in the unit. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover we could access Dickenson Bay from just behind the property without having to walk on the main road - and this part of the Bay is just past the resorts so its a bit more quiet. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Marlon's condo, and would certainly stay here again. Note, this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator or wheelchair ramp, so taking luggage up/down was a challenge - something to keep in mind. Thanks again to Marlon and his team for a fantastic experience :)

Great first stay in Antigua

We originally booked Marlon’s condominium on the beach at Dickinson Bay, but we’re asked if due to a problem with the property if we would accept an upgrade to one of his townhouses, known as The Radcliffe, at no extra charge. Whilst the property is very spacious and well equipped there were a few issues with the property. By accepting the upgrade what we gained on space we compromised on location. Firstly the property was advertised as having a whirlpool which is does not have. The walk to the beach is downhill, but the return to the property is very difficult due to the steepness of the road (we are both active 60 year olds) and therefore a car is a must in this property. Behind the property there is a dog resort/spa (kennels) which meant we could not sleep in the back bedroom due to the noise. The shaver socket in the en-suite to the back bedroom does not work and there is some tile edging to the shower cubicle missing - leaving a very sharp edge. We therefore moved to the front bedroom of the property. However the road to the front of the property was quite busy so again we experienced noise in the form of traffic and generator noise from the generator attached to the apartments opposite. Whilst there are an abundance of restaurants close to the property, most are within the Sandals resort and not available. A car is essential when renting this property as there are no amenities within easy walking distance. The property could also benefit from some new saucepans .

Super location

Great location. Owner super responsive. Beach is right there . Perfect for a couple no more than that very tight
