Above a restaurant, close to everything downtown, parking garage across the street. Water damage on ceiling in unit, I assume it will be fixed. Great place to stay downtown that isn’t a pricey hotel.

It’s just really really old and therefore a bit dingy and crooked and carpet in entrance and stairs appear dirty. Room and bathroom in our king suite was very clean and roomy. Best bed out of 2 other hotels on our stay. Plaster and paint repair could help make it nicer. Staff was quick and attentive with simple requests. Window ac kept it cool and street noise at bay. Excellent location.

Lovely staff and a great location - an old and characterful building in a perfect location to enjoy St John’s. Unfortunately, roof seems to be leaking somewhere in the building and had a small ceiling cave in in my room. Staff were great and gave me a bucket to collect the water.. That aside, nice cozy room close to bars and restaurants
