We had an excellent stay at this condo. Great location in the heart of St John's. Walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Close to Signal Hill and tons of hiking options. Great Host - super accomodating. 5 Stars!!!

Perfect accommodation, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and St John's cultural sights. Lots to see and do. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The communication from Earl was excellent both about the accommodation and the area.

Beautifully renovated heritage condo. Clean as a whistle . Lots of space for organizing clothes with lots of hangars! Great location for walking to restaurants. Loved having functioning fireplace. Great kitchen that was well stocked with utensils.Also washer and dryer. Lovely and quiet at night. You couldn’t get better than this!

We were so impressed by this suite! It was everything we hoped for being very clean, quiet and a great location close to downtown. The bed was arguably the comfiest we have ever slept in. Quick walk to tons of live music. Even for something further away, cheap Ubers readily available. Beds were good, kitchen was well equipped, good showers etc. 2 bedrooms made it so we could cost share and have an affordable place close to everything.

I would live in this condo! It is extremely clean, everything you need for cooking is there, bed is comfortable, location is the best and felt safe the whole time. I would book again in my next visit. Show cozy and exactly as described!

This place looks like it was renovated yesterday. Laminate wood floors, new appliances, spotless bathroom and elsewhere. My only caution to others is to make very sure you have the correct address. I booked through Expedia a precise address, but the owner has several places and he put me in another less convenient location. Make sure you know where you are staying!

We loved having our little apartment for 5 days over Canada Weekend. After 2 weeks of travel we could do our laundry, shower and relax… for basically the same price as a downtown hotel. Short jaunt to all the best restaurants in St John’s. The apartment was clean and communication with suggestions of tour areas was top notch.. enough space as well to bring some family back for a drink and appies! 5🌟 For us!

Spacious and close to everything

This was a beautiful place with so much room. It’s right over a coffee shop with smells of fresh baking waking you up in the morning. I dealt with Earl-who’s an absolute sweetheart, we stayed for nearly a week and he checked in on us often to make sure we didn’t need anything. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next visit. Close to Signal Hill, Qidi Vidi, Rooms and so much more.

We loved the location. The bedrooms were very nice. Could use a better couch and chair. Very uncomfortable. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Lots of stairs so not for heavy suitcases!!
