"The location was great for work and visit alike, The hotel staff where polite and friendly and did their best to accommodate where requested. I would recommend staying there. The only thing is the windows in the tower part of the Hotel have seen better days and really should be replaced, although with the secondary double glazing its not a big issue. "

"The room and view facilities were fantastic. The bar and restaurant downstairs were busy, but the accommodation upstairs was quiet. The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. The only two slight issues were that the parking was a bit of a trip but not a deal breaker (£10 per p/night) and that there was a group staying in the room next door who must have been chain-smoking as it stank out the corridor, etc. Other than that, the stay was top class and I will stay there again when visiting Bedford."
