Bathroom is basic - would suggest changing whatever is used to clean this area as it’s’scent’ just reminded me of public loos. Will probably come back once remake finished…"

"I stayed on 2 May Parking is available at a reduced rate of 5£ day hotel has a great location on beach and walking distance of shops and restaurants etc etc Hotel check in was easy and pleasant with information needed Room had a slight musk smell as windows cannot be opened and only air is a air con and heater ,not great Beds we’re comfortable and bedding clean 👍 View from window of marina tea coffee available and a fridge , When we got to room tv wasn’t working ( maybe run a check before making room available) this was dealt with in good time and replaced Hotel is a little tried , Enjoyed stay Great location "

Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to confirm our arrival time, and although she read the message, she did not reply. When we arrived at 10:55 PM, I called her, but she had blocked my number. I tried again from another phone, but after several attempts, she also blocked that number. (I have all proof in my phone). Your team was also called her but she did not answer your team call in the night approximately at 11:15 PM time and morning time at 6:25 AM. As a result, I was left stranded with my family after a five-hour drive, despite having paid for the reservation and accepted all her terms. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I want my all money back which I paid her."
