Spacious modern dog & family friendly home, close to the beach

This modern 4 bedroom home is perfect for a couple, a large family or group. The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game.

Located in the Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach.

St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries.

This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine (pods provided), bread maker and all essentials.

A fully secured backyard features an alfresco, outdoor setting and BBQ with plenty of room for playing games and your puppy dog. Some sporting equipment and balls also available.

Be sure to enjoy the scenery with a beachside walk into town and try the coffee and breakfast at Two Daughters cafe or stop in at the St Leonards hotel for a bite and social drink.
