"My Tower Premium King Room on the 23rd floor was spacious. The bellmen at the front of the hotel treated me kindly. However, the lobby staff could be more welcoming to guests. The bed was cozy, and my room, away from the elevator, was mostly quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing needed repairs. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower overflowed into the bathroom's main area. The good news is that the housekeeping staff cleaned these water spills during their daily service. When I ordered room service, it arrived quickly. However, the pricing doesn’t reflect the limited menu. All in all, I would return to this hotel. Its location is in the city center, and I enjoyed working at a sizeable desk. A few tweaks to the hotel’s operations would improve the customer experience."

"Parking is through Wilson, and as per usual with them, is very expensive ($45 for 14hr over a Sunday night). Location is not inspiring. Staying in the CBD near Darling Harbour or Circular Quay is way more appealing. Couldn't even buy a coffee on a Sunday morning as no nearby cafe's open. The room was spotless but no teaspoons provided meaning I couldn't eat my cereal, annoying inconvenience. Does not inspire another visit in the future."

"I specifically chose this property because of the car parking. Even though I selected ‘free parking’ in my search options, it wasn’t until check in that I was informed that parking was a considerable extra cost per night. This was an extra expense that was not budgeted for, causing me to locate more affordable parking that was an inconvenient distance from the accommodation. There were no free street parking options during the weekdays, and limited on weekends. If this information was made clear at the time of booking, I would have decided not to hire a car. Or I could have chosen a different property that suited my needs. Mould on grout in the shower, stained carpet in the living room and the balcony tiles were filthy! Management did not respond to my email complaint. "
