My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Although the area did not get very hot during our stay (max was 70f), if you run hot at night this may be uncomfortable. We did have a fan in our room. The staff and locating were excellent. "The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows are as flat as a sheet of paper.
Second bed was a sofa bed, was un aware of this.my child couldn’t sleep in it.
So my partner went in it but didn’t sleep.
Walls are thin could hear everything in the room next door.
The cleanliness of the room was moderate.
Breakfast was an absolute disaster everything was lukewarm, no fruit or pastries ended up not having anything as took a bite out of the sausages and it was disgusting, it really needs to be sorted...

"It’s an older hotel, the other side of the bridge from Edinburgh so cheaper by miles. It’s decent with plenty of parking. Bar is open 24 hours in the foyer. Breakfast was decent hot and cold buffet style. Would stay again."

"Lovely hotel outside of Edinburgh with shuttle service from the airport (which is why I booked).
Queensferry is an adorable marina side with a rich history, nice restaurants & personable locals.
The staff were outstanding and the hotel had everything I needed after a long day of travel from the states. Highly recommended to stop here before heading into the city."

"This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and outdoor seating.
Very friendly welcome from reception on arrival.
A big room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower.
Very comfortable huge bed.
Lovely high tea in restaurant. Nice lounge and bar where we enjoyed a drink and played pool and darts.
A novelty for our 2 grandchildren.
Breakfast was great, the usual cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit, ham and cheese along with cooked items.
A lovely stay whilst enroute to Edinburgh zoo.
