A very convenient place to stay. It's a block from Union Station, with the aquarium and lots of fun family things to do. A $5 Uber to the arch (or a nice walk on a good day). Clean, quiet rooms and attentive, friendly staff. Not the Ritz, but a good place for families or anyone else wanting to discover St. Louis (so temper your expectations regarding amenities). As it's about two blocks from the Interstate, you can easily Uber anywhere. Downtown seemed quite safe to our group (all first time visitors). Would definitely consider staying there again,

Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. One day they didn’t attend to the room, the pillows were very thin, and their system overcharged parking by $300 (but once I caught it they fixed the error.) Overall I’d stay again, but we’d bring our own pillows.

Good location. Have stayed in the Drury and Pear Tree Inn at the same location and this place wins hands-down. Excellent breakfast. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was that the shower soap and shampoo were out; we had to ask for replacements, but the housekeeping staff just left them in the shower instead of replacing/filling the bottles.

Location was great since we were in walking distance to Union Station! Facilities were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good. My ONLY complaint was the comfort of the beds. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but that is the only thing that I found wrong with this hotel!
