The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Checking in and out was easy. There were tons of restaurants nearby, so eating options were great! The continental breakfast choices were limited, but the eggs and sausage gravy tasted good.

The room was very clean and staff very attentive to your needs. The Air conditioner was working great being that the heat index was 125•. We only ate breakfast on on day and it was good. Coffee and different juices was a plus

The staff was very nice, the rooms were nice the beds was comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was good had hot food and pastries, and the pool was open, we will be back to stay here next time we are down for a concert

We needed a quick night stay before headed back home to Arkansas, so we wanted a cheaper rate. The front desk staffer CC was extremely helpful. Our son is handicapped and the original person had put us two floors apart for our rooms. She took the time to switch up so that we could be on the same floor. I'm sure this hotel was built when smoking was allowed and being a sensitive nose to this I wish I had brought my air cleaner with me. Would have been a great test for it. Replacing carpet, cleaning drapes etc. is about all you can do. Could have been a little cleaner but again, it is older. Location is good and convenient off I-70. Just enough off the main road so not much unwanted traffic. I forgot my camera and when we called back CC was again very helpful.

The staff were friendly, caring, very helpful and wonderful. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and towels etc were there and if you needed anything they got it for you. We were able to get into our room early. We got there at 2pm and generally the rooms are ready about 3. The room was ready for guest. They do serve breakfast but it was the same everyday, but it was always hot and restocked and the breakfast area was clean. You could get coffee always there anytime even though you had a coffee maker in the room. There was also a microwave and small room fridge in the room as well. We had a handicapped room, with a shower chair for the step in shower. The water pressure was great. They do have a pool but we didn’t take advantage of that because we did other things to occupy our time. Parking was good. Restaurants and stores are nearby. This hotel may need updating in the future in some areas but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable.

We were there for business, stayed 2 nights. The room was quiet and comfortable. The Breakfast had a lot to be desired. Options tasted good but were very limited. Scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy were the only hot items. No breakfast meat or bagels, toast only. Front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Would stay again.
