I enjoyed my stay

It was reasonably priced, the staff was friendly and helpful, every guest I ran into was friendly, they held the elevator door or other doors for each other. I will go back again.

I didnt like the fact that my room wasnt cleaned for the 11 days I was there. I had to take out my own trash to the dumpster outside. Never had to do this at a hotel before. They say bc its an extended stay facility, but this should be highlighted when people are booking. The snack machines take your money but dont work. One out of 4 staff was helpful.

Property itself ok, but the workers, not so much!

The maintenance guy thinks that he runs the property. He is very nosey and I witnessed him tell a guest that he was going to get them evicted. There was only 1 front desk worker that was welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable as to why I rated it a little higher in that area.

The staff at check in were great! The area outside for dogs was a very steep hill into a drainage ditch. Not very safe. No tissues the room. May sound dumb but I have a cold.

This property does not even have a supply of forks, much less any table lamps. There are no pictures on the walls. There are no amenities whatsoever. It doesn’t matter what you need you will not find it here. It was very very busy late at night but quiet. Angela keeps the place clean and she’s so good to meet. Best part of my stay.

I’m glad I didn’t pay more. Hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. The place appears to serve a pretty marginal customer base. My room was quiet but the blanket was barely more than a sheet. Wash pressure was minimal and room was dingy. Extra charge for WiFi Desk staff were polite and courteous

Towels in the room had hair of someone else on it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They mailed me an empty envelope with my deposit when I should have gotten it back. The room smelled like chemicals. My room's door had to be forced shut. The walls were incredibly thin so I could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent to mine and above. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

When we left the room was as cleaner then when we arrived. floors were scratched and neighbors loud making sleep impossible. Was told to give them a 100$ cash deposit for our pet at the end of our stay we we're told to never give a cash deposit and the GM would have to be reminded. Incredibly unprofessional weird smells permeate the building. You have to keep your dog in a kennel anytime you leave the room. We followed that to the letter but we still reprimanded because they heard our dog barking?? They didn't even bother to check if she was in her kennel which she was.

Booked this stay to recover after a surgery only to learn that the mattress which was a queen size was on a double bedframe hanging of. when checking in, we got laid down all these rules and upon entering the room we learned that everything was very basic and a bit outdated. One bar of soap, etc. construction at reception made it hard hear. We ended up leaving after one night. No refund !!
