"We were allowed to check in early. Good sized twin room for London with separate toilet and shower rooms. Great location. Clean space and tasty breakfast"

"Good hotel in central London near multiple transit options, can definitely recommend for friend groups as there were rooms with 3-4 beds. It got loud at night next to a busy street and no AC was difficult in the summer weather, but I'd definitely stay here in the colder months. Check-in and out were a breeze. Convenience store right outside was also great for quick pickups in the mornings and evenings."

"Nice hotel, good location. Breakfast lovely but a shame no evening meal optiin as kitchen closes 14.30. Concierge very helpful with transport queries. Would stay again. Accessible room good but shower too small to be able to shower wheelchair user as assistance is needed."

"I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very convenient and safe. Close to the hop on/off bus, tube station, and walking distance to Covent Garden/Theatres. Bed was comfy and my single room cozy with everything I needed for a nice stay. I thought the breakfast offerings were very good and loved the garden in the back to enjoy my coffee. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to sit and socialize. Will definitely stay here again when in London. "

Otherwander Soho Pod Hotel

"The facilities were very good and clean, very modern and it’s a great location. The pod is fine if all you intend on doing is sleeping as it is very small but this isn’t a problem. The only problem I had is the QR code. Mine wouldn’t work and I was waiting about half an hour for the staff to fix it. Eventually the staff gave me some random QR code and said this would be fine, as opposed to me getting sent one. So then I was paranoid all night (because I left a couple times, also going to the toilet because you need to exit the pod and preferably lock it behind you) that this QR code would stop working. Because the man who gave it to me, said try getting one through the website later, even though this still wasn’t working. Ideally if the system doesn’t work there should be a better way of doing things. Not to mention there isn’t meant to be a checking desk so idk what I’d have done if there was no staff there. Aside from the paranoia and having to wait half an hour (which was frustrating as I just wanted to get to my pod) the stay was perfectly fine and I was impressed with the cleanliness and how futuristic the facilities were. I would definitely stay here again, although I’d hope that the check in issue was fixed."
