The staff were super super nice accomodating. "Nice hotel on shores of Lake Bled (although steep climb up from shoreline). Amazing pool complex that looks over the lake. Room was comfortable & quiet, although you may not look over the lake unless you pay extra. Breakfast buffet is good. You can walk to everywhere allowing for some steep climbs up & down."

"Stayed 4 days. Staff were attentive. Breakfast excellent. Room clean with bed very comfortable. Felt the promotion was misleading about the use of a wellness centre; it cost to use it! One day none of the room supplies were replaced (no toilet paper, no shower soap). The most disappointing aspect was that for 4 days we had no cooling; despite a number of approaches to helpful reception, the room was 24-25 degrees for 24/7, with no solution and minimal comms to keep us updated."
