Great location accessible by walking and transit, and we enjoyed getting around and going to the Arsenal match which was heavily walkable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we arranged for laundry via a vendor they work with to have the clothes available at reception. Rooms and beds were comfy and quiet, we enjoyed being in the heart of north London and will be back on our next travels! "

"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door. I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess.
