"Always impressed by the Hilton standards and the Islington location didn’t let down. Great location accessible by walking and transit, and we enjoyed getting around and going to the Arsenal match which was heavily walkable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we arranged for laundry via a vendor they work with to have the clothes available at reception. Rooms and beds were comfy and quiet, we enjoyed being in the heart of north London and will be back on our next travels! "

"Rasy to check in and the staff were really helpful Room was clean and what we needed for one night. Shower did take a bit of fiddling wirh to get a good temperature but you could move it to a lower position if youre not as tall and move it to hold in hand Only thing we had an issue with was some of the carpeting was a bit loose on the stairs and made us wwary when going down"

I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess. They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me. It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran..."
