"Upon driving up to your hotel, we saw a homeless encampment next to the hotel. I felt unsafe at this hotel. When we went to bed to sleep, our sheets were wet at the bottom so we had to get another set of sheets to cover the wet. The shower was awful! There was a leak in the shower head pouring water out of the shower onto the floor. Im not impressed with this hotel at this location. I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately 😔 "

"Lovely, clean and newly decorated facility. We were concerned about parking however a nearby spot was provided and was very convenient.....would have been good to see that clearly on the listing. Basic supplies provided but that is all one needs. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be for multiple hanging rods in the washroom as we were 4 and there were only 2 small hooks to hang anything. Ice trays in the freezer would be good especially in the summer. Location was excellent. Tori responded quickly to all inquiries. Would recommend to others."

"Great staff. Loved that part of the armourys history and charm have been maintained. Very clean. Nice to have complimentary tea and coffee and water with citrus. Rooms are comfortable. Only negative was parking. Quite expensive to be valet parked (around $40) per night. Used parking lot next door and that was $27 a night. Pool and gym were great. "
