"A great location for exploring downtown Sydney as well as further afield. All the main sights within walking distance or hop of the public transport which is only a short distance from the apartments. Really enjoyed our 4-night stay and would definitely stay again in the future. The staff were very accommodating and keen to help wherever they can. Clean, Modern and spacious accommodation. "The rooms definitely need an update. Parts on the wall/door trim in the bathroom was missing. The walls in the bathroom next to the toilet needed cleaning as you could see splash marks up the wall. A staff member seemed very abrupt & annoyed when they were interrupted while he was talking to people they knew. We’ve stayed at the Novotel next door for around the same price as ibis & would much prefer there due to the rooms & service."

"My elderly mother and myself stayed 2 nights and the room was tiny, there wasn't a lounge chair for my mother to sit on,also my mother was in a wheelchair, and elderly only a dining chair!! Also when returning to room each night after seeing vivid show, there was terrible reception on the television, and mother couldn't watch anything, it was that bad! I paid a lot for the stay and was very disappointed, also for that price they didn't even include breakfast! We were very disappointed, considering what I paid!!"

"My partner and I loved this property - the room was amazing, staff fantastic and the amenities were just what we needed. I even managed to book myself in for a massage at the spa located within the hotel. The only negative feedback was that the chemicals/chlorine in the hot tub/spa pool was very strong, and once it got bubbling you couldn't stay in the spa for very long. Apparently this was a technical issue as the chemicals/pump are automatic. Other than that the breakfast selection was great and we had a very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again!"
