"We stayed here to break up a 2-day road trip, so we basically spent about 10 hours in the room. No frills. Outside was fairly clean and staff was friendly - quick check-in/-out. Floor in room was sticky and needed mopped but bed linens and bathroom were clean - no signs of bugs or mold. Bathroom linens had seen better days; some were threadbare and stained. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. "For an affordable oceanfront property this place hits the mark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older hotel but they do an amazing job at keeping it up. Is it high end place? no limit your expectations. It’s a very nice clean affordable place to stay oceanfront. The breakfast is good and staff keep the area clean and the buffet full. "
