"Our 6 night stay at the "Apartment Sea View" was excellent. The view from the deck is even better than the picture! The apartment has everything you need including a great coffee maker (& supplied pods), a washing machine (& ample drying rack space), lots of space to spread out, and the gracious host even provided a bottle of wine & a Montenegran welcome platter with local meats & cheeses upon arrival. A few things to be aware of: 1) the apartment is up 5 flights of stairs (no elevator) so mobility-impaired guests will not be happy; 2) while there is ample parking on the street (no actual parking lot), this apartment is located in a neighborhood with many other complexes so creativity is often required to park your car; 3) being American we rarely encounter smoking anymore, but be aware that you will encounter significant smoking fumes while sitting on the balcony. If you are sensitive to this as we are, you will not be able to enjoy the balcony for long periods of time.If you are okay with these 3 things, then you will have a great time at this rental!"

Great location, lovely coastal walk into Kotor but also a great base to explore this beautiful country . The views from the apartment are stunning and it was great to have parking on site too . "Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. "
