"Funky property, in an excellent location. Able to get a North American style breakfast in the lobby is a plus. Vinyl records and a record player, projection TV and a super industrial setup make this one of the most unique hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. "

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It is a quaint hotel on a small, quiet street. The rooms are cleaned daily with new sheets and towels. I love all of the decoration. It is eclectic just like me. The staff are all wonderful. Christophe keeps everything perfect. Also, the breakfast is amazing! you'll have to see it for yourself. I am returning next year for another 2 weeks in Paris. I will be staying, of course, at the Hotel de Roubaix!"

"Always love a citizenM. Chill vibe, always great staff, everything is made easy for sure. No different this time in Paris. My only observation was that the hallways and elevator and carpets looked like they needed paint and replacement. "

"Staffs were kind and all were good, but the sink drain was in problem during my stay."

"The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location."

"The room was tired and not clean but the worst was it had bed bugs. When we left the hotel before our time was up they did not provide any compensation and they actually tried to tell us we were wrong there were no bed bugs even after we showed them the bites."
