"Property and staff were all excellent. The included breakfast stated it was continental, but they had boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage as well. Overall the breakfast was really good quality. Location is excellent and walkable to all main sights. Only slight negative, our room had a roll top bath, with a shower head, but no wall holder for the shower head, so you had to hold it all the time."

Named Lutèce, after the Latin Lutetia, Gallo-Roman Paris was a prosperous town stretching from the Ile de la Cité to the Left Bank. Paris' 5th arrondissement, covering what was once the "new town", is home to the only remaining vestiges of the Gallo-Roman era in Paris. These include the remains of the thermal baths at Musée de Cluny, and the Arènes de Lutèce.

"Recently renovated hotel, great design and good size rooms for Paris. Great location, close to the park. One note- it is that is located on a street with a barrier so it may be hard to spot right away. "

"Loved the location of this hotel, quiet at night, but walkable to so many great restaurants and to so many sights. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast each morning was top notch. Our room was perfectly designed, with lovely accents of the old original building beams exposed, yet completely modern. Loved having two windows that opened up to the view over the plaza. My only complaint was the mattress was a little more firm than I like, but my husband didn’t have an issue with it. We would stay here again next time we come to Paris!"
