Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Alisha who went out of her way to help me find something to take back home.

Customer service was top notch. Enjoyed the hospitality received.

We booked reservation in Island Inn because the Amaryllis Beach Resort closed. It was our first all 'inclusive experience' and we were very pleased by the variety and quality of the meals provided. The owner of the Inn was a most gracious host and the staff one and all were a delight.

Great location. Restaurants very good. Beach rocky but 2 excellent beaches within close walking distance.

The property was more than I expected for the price I paid. Mark the owner is a very friendly and accommodating individual. Communication was extraordinary, he made sure that taxi service was available throughout my trip. George who was my driver was very kind, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. I recently traveled to Barbados early June for my birthday. The hotel staff was very warm and friendly; they checked in on my friends and I daily and gave us great advice of places to visit, places to eat and booked a catamaran excursion for us that picked us up and dropped us off. I booked this stay to surprise my partner for his birthday. I had several special requests that I made for our restaurant reservation as well as our room set-up and the response every time was “of course no problem”. I was consistently impressed with the personal attention we were given as guests for our short stay. Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive.

From the moment we checked in (on our honeymoon) until we left 6 days later our experience was awesome. The general manager took the time to learn our name, greet us upon arrival and again as we left. Fellow guests were all friendly. My rental car's battery died and they took care of everything while we were off playing golf. The food, especially daily breakfast, was fabulous. All needs were anticipated without request necessary. All-in-all, a great trip (I highly recommend Barbados as well).

The general experience was quite good, the hotel menu selection was ok. and service quite good. The public transportation was quite easy and accessible. . However,there was a misunderstanding on the package booked. Although my party consists of (4) four person, however, the breakfast was only available to (1) one person. This was not made clear when the booking was made. we discovered this the day we checked in.. This was very dissappointing ..

The host and property were welcoming and ready to accommodate our stay. A taxi driver was arranged in order to navigate our way around the island. Breakfast was copiously prepared as requested and minor details throughout the trip were cared for. Thank you to the hots!

If you are trying to decide between the Marriott properties- this is definitely the best (more to open soon though). The beach is beautiful and there is great snorkeling if you follow the rope on the left side over the reef. We stayed in a split ocean view - incredible view. The adults pool is beautifully landscaped and feels very special (even had monkey activity). My wife and I were very very impressed how helpful and caring the staff was during our stay. What great customer care 5 star service. Great location too. Only about a mile from the groceries stores. And the market offers a one way shuttle back to THE PLUM TREE CLUB. After reading a few of the reviews on this site I was wary, but we had an 18-hour layover and needed a place to sleep. I figured, whatever, we can at least just sleep there. We LOVED it. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating; the room was spacious (the closet behind the bathroom door could have fit a small bedroom set !), clean, and very comfortable; the facilities were perfect for what we needed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this really cute apartment. Our apartment was #15, and it became our little home. The air conditioning and fan were welcome as the mornings in B'dos became warm quite quickly. The staff was very helpful and resolved our TV issues within minutes. Mrs. Brown is a sweetheart and made us feel very welcomed. The apartments are within minutes to a main road with restaurants, banks, super markets, and the beach and board walk.

Excellent complete package. I've stayed at many other hotels and definitely prefer this one. High quality rooms, great privacy and very interested.
