"Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Harbour Hotel; reception staff were friendly and informative as were the bar staff. The estuary room we had was nice, with every amenity we needed, including a free gin (would have been even better if the tonic was free). Perfectly located to walk into town and lovely views of the river from the restaurant / bar. Breakfast was good, although there is a £10 charge for cooked options."
"It was a lovely stay, my partner is gluten free and was catered for excellently. The food was incredible.
The spa was relaxing and had lovely seating.

"Awful experience. Room was in a terrible condition- rusty handle in shower, paint flaking from woodwork and stained carpets.
Would never stay here again "
"The Bodmin Jail Hotel was amazing, really well presented and the history has been preserved brilliantly. During our stay we did the after dark ghost tour which again was an amazing experience our guide Kee was very knowledgeable and friendly, overall I would highly recommend a visit to either the hotel or the attraction"
"I spent 3 nights for work, the location is amazing, the hotel is old but in a good condition and clean
The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return
The lady who did the check out was very bad ,I came and said : good morning I want to check out,, she didn’t look at my face, didn’t say good morning, jut : room number? Said:103 , she( didn’t look at me at all): ok , I was expecting: thank you, I hope you had a good time with us !!!! but no, nothing at al."
"Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at."
