"The pool is literally crumbling. Massive patches of concrete have peeled up off of the floor leaving rough areas with sharp edges making it basically unusable. Most of the hot tub jets do not work and the temperature of the water is almost the same as the pool. The pool towels have to be requested at the front desk and are barely large enough to wrap around an average sized adult (36" waist). Building as a whole smells heavily of air freshner."

"Light bulbs missing, no clock, coffee maker, chairs torn & old!! Old dirt behind toilet, hole in wall glued over with brown paper bag, no safety bar in tub / shower, window Soo dirty couldn’t see out, bed comfortable & sheets clean. Pre paid for 3 nights but left after one. You need to inspect before you endorse!!"
