"Excellent service and a very nice hotel. As of June 2025 they are still recovering from the October 2024 hurricane. The first floor restaurant is still closed and probably will be for a while. But all the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are fine. The top floor viewing, happy hour, and hangout area is also fine. We were on the 3rd floor in the front with a balcony over 8th avenue, very nice. While not a bed & breakfast, it reminds me of one due to being small, serving breakfast, and being full service. We highly recommend BBC. We will be back!"

"Was super hard to find the "alley" where you have to park, but overall was such a CUTE and friendly place, 10/10 on the location as well. Walkable to my favorite beach restaurant Crabby Bills. Highly recommend! "

"The property is lovely, gorgeous flowers, fabulous pool with a waterfall! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location was an easy walk to the water. Dawn and her team could not have been nicer or more welcoming!!"
