"Lovely hotel. Very clean , nicely decorated. Rooms are a good size. The garden view room was lovely and very little noise from the nearby streets could be heard .Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Nice bar area, especially being able to sit outside in the beautiful garden. Staff were great and very polite. The hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."

"Good location, 10-15 minutes walk from king cross. Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful. We had an issue with one of the beds when we got into at night time and they sorted us out but it meant we had to move room at 10.30 at night with two kids. "

"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel. Here were the cons: I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support. I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude. Although I witnessed other patrons asking for the same and were given bottles immediately - no questions asked. Be aware there is an additional fee for a second person to the room for every day they are staying. Completely surprised by that. Lastly. The room is small - similar to a cruise ship stateroom in terms of size. No storage space for more than one luggage/bag. There are some hangers on the wall.The bathroom is sectioned off with semi-frosted glass so you can see someone using the toilet or shower. The room also stays humid after my partner and I took a shower. At the end the staff asked "is there anything we can do" - but by the end of the stay, what was the point of asking that question. Browse other options if you are traveling with someone else or are a person of color. You'll be much more comfortable. We ended up staying in another hotel and LOVED the experience . "

"A nice tiny hotel close enough to London and within easy walking distance of Farringdon station. There are a number of good restaurants close to the hotel and the area is safe and quiet. A great place to set up a London HQ! The rooms were on the small side but we knew that before we placed our booking. No complaints. Happy with Yotel! "
