Terrific location in Bloomsbury. Quiet, safe and clean. To note: the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so if you have a lot of luggage, request a room on a lower floor. Otherwise this is a very good spot and staff were very responsive.

Really impressed, I stay in the area twice a month for work and this might be my favourite place yet. Clean, quiet and great value for money. I’ve already recommended it to colleagues! I will definitely be back.

Immaculate room and property interior, everything worked appropriately and it was a good stay in a good location. The property address is needed as there is no sign. The check in information appropriately noted this but finding the place to drop luggage prior to check in time was a bit confusing. Check in is 4 and check out 10, so a fairly short stay if it’s for 1 night. I would recommend some grit or non-slip strips in the shower as soap made it a bit slippery.

Room was nice and big. Also very clean only thing is we stayed for 5 days and it got so dusty during our stay. Cleaning was extra and I didn’t see it until we were about to leave. I feel like if you’re staying more than 3 days then a message should be sent if we wanted cleaning cos I would’ve said yes. I feel like black bags should be left so people can take down rubbish. I didn’t like the fact there was no security lock like a manual one as I have an autistic child and he tried to run off a few times which is very scary. Loved the safety features on the window. Tv was in a stupid place. BUT the positives communication was insane. So helpful and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the British Museum, shops, restaurants, pubs. Our apartment was very quiet due to it being located at the - 1 (basement) level. Apartment is quite modern, new, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped. All told an excellent place for us.

At this property, there is no front desk (which may present challenges for travelers desiring a hands-on hospitality experience) however the host is responsive to emails and the cleaning staff was always willing to help with any questions. The property is very close to Russell Square, the British Museum and other great spots in the Bloomsbury neighborhood. Although the rooms are on the small side, they are clean, modern and comfortable. The property also offers free washer/dryer services which is a great touch.
