Beautiful and comfortable Fully Furnished 2 bedroom Condo 2nd fl.
Just 5 min. to the beach, close to Clearwater, Ft De Soto, St. Petersburg, and in the heart of the many beaches on the Gulf Of Mexico.
Gated community, Large pool, tennis courts, grills, gym and clubhouse.
2 queen beds and two new hide a bed couch full size. Sleeps 6. Cable TV in each room and WIFI.
Comfortable Screened porch with two Adirondack chairs.
Dining table for 6. 2 at breakfast bar.
A/C and Fans in bedrooms and living room.
Washer & Dryer. Iron.
One large bath with garden tub. Hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, airfryer, free pkg.
Close to shopping centers, grocery, site seeing and fishing or boating. Lots to do in the area.
Large pool, tennis court, grills, clubhouse and workout room.
All the essentials to enjoy the beach: Beach chairs, cooler, beach pad, beach towels, totes, umbrella and kids toys for the beach in our unit to use.
1 Dog bed in the master bedroom closet and a bowl.
1 mile to major Restaurants and the VA Hospital Bay Pines.
Dinner Cruise is 1/2 mile away.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Fred’s place. We were able to relax at the pool, visit the beach, and even take advantage of the great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was about 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It had everything we needed, plenty of beach gear, the pool was great for our kids, and it was clean!

Excellent Stay at Madiera Beach Condo!

My group had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and quiet and had everything that my group needed. We enjoyed the pool and lovely grounds. We would definitely return and stay again!

Madeira Stay

Liked the condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Couch was little uncomfortable and beds were comfortable.Heated pool was very nice. Only thing negative was no designated parking for your condo and sometimes had to walk a distance. Love the area with an awesome clothing shopping area nearby. Beaches were close. Lots of nice parks for walking with some alligators. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation

The place was very clean and had many extras like beach chairs and coolers. The space was decorated very nice and was the perfect size for my family. There was a nice pool and the place was very quiet. Would stay again.

Nice, very reasonable little condo in a good location.

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!

Winter break

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt the condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was a short drive to many beaches and attractions. Plus it had a wonderful heated pool and clubhouse. Neighbors were kind and welcoming. We will definitely rent again.

Fabulous family vacation

Stayed with my husband and 2 year old daughter and had a wonderful experience. The place was very well kept, clean, comfortable, affordable and in a great area. Great weekend!

We had a nice stay at Fred’s place for a girls weekend! Great communication from the hosts and check in was easy. I loved that it was a gated community and felt very safe. The place was cozy and spacious and we had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful plus and well maintained. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 6! Anything needed was supplied, even including coolers, extra beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It was the perfect location for everything we did, being a half hour or closer to all of our adventures! You will love this condo!

The condo is exactly as described. What a great, affordable 2 bedroom condo in a safe, gated community, 5 min from Madeira Beach. Mr & Mrs Coffin, provide everything you will need for a day at the beach, or a low key day hanging out in the complex! Beds are super comfy, location is close to everything, balcony is enclosed, screened & private, a great place to chill to start or end your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Thanks for a great post graduation week!!!

Almost perfectly located

This was a great rental. 5 to 7 min drive to the beach and 5 to 7 min drive to family we were visiting. We liked that it was gated and near but not on a main highway. Only downside was the closeness to a fire station. Sirens every day but didn't notice them at night. The hosts created a very welcoming home to stay in. Thank you for being our first Vrbo rental. We will definitely be using this service in the future.
