You are 50 steps away from the 5th Avenue beach access and world-famous shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Located on a private road providing for maximum privacy . This three bedroom two bathroom (main) home has entry foyer that opens to a living area with high ceilings and large windows for natural light. Along with a beautiful separate guest house (one bedroom, one bathroom). Walk to restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Great place in Indian Rocks Beach

Overall a great place to stay. Right across the road from beach and close to restaurants. Almost no need for vehicle for the week. Lots of beds available.

Perfect family vacation stay!

We were pleasantly surprised with the convenience of the location of the house! Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Our family loved our stay here and would strongly recommend this location to others looking for a relaxing Florida beach vacation!

Great house in great location

Weekend Getaway

Very clean and spacious. Our 25 yr old loved the In-law suite. Vending machine was a little different. Water came in handy. Over all GREAT! Plans to return soon!

Peaceful Cove

We loved this peaceful little place. Close to the beach and a nice backyard to enjoy the evenings. It was my first time ever to see the ocean and i was nervous about the hassle of traveling. No hassle. Hope we can rent this again if we ever come back .

Perfect place for a family vacation!

Great access to the beach. Spacious house with multiple sleeping options. Totally set up for kids to stay - few breakables and numerous plates/cups for children to use.

Girl’s Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing and we loved that it was secluded but close to the beach. Also a great distance from CVS, restaurants, and bars. The house was so cute and clean. Thanks for all the beach chairs and toys left for us to use. Only suggestion was to get an air filtration system for the back cottage. Thanks for sharing

Hidden Gem Close to the Beach

My wife and our 6 kiddos loved our stay at this home. The location was ideal with a very very short walk to the beach. It is on a quiet dead end road with only 4 other homes. With the studio apartment, trundles, and open floor plan, you could easily and comfortably sleep 13+! We loved the botanical gardens and nature parks close by as well as the amazing restaurants and ice cream shops. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! We hope to stay here again the next time we come to Florida!

Great location and accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Very roomy main house plus the added benefit of the separate sleeping quarters for me (a snorer lol). The location was secluded, yet within a short walk to the beach. Darcy was very prompt with her responses and the communication was perfect. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Location was perfect. Just across the street from the beach, walking to restaurants, ice cream and some breweries. We did run into a few issues but the property manager was extremely responsive and addressed everything. Thanks!

Beautiful home/ beautiful location

This was the perfect location to get together for my daughter’s special bridesmaid weekend. There was plenty of room, and everything felt very spacious for the 12 of us. The kitchen and 3 full bathrooms were well equipped. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, not to mention numerous restaurants including Crabby Bills.. We would love to stay here again!

IRB beach house

Our family enjoyed our week so much in IRB. This house is roomy, comfortable and clean. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and we did not lack anything. Grilled dinner a couple times and used the beach chairs and towels when we went to the beach. Great location and hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

We stayed here with 2 families, 11 people total. This place was a wonderful escape for the week, nice and close to the beach and so many great shopping places but still tucked away and felt like you were away from the city. The guest house definitely has a musty smell to it and the house itself could use some new furniture and a refresh but it served our needs well! The owners were super responsive and quick to respond to any needs or questions, thanks for a fantastic week!!

Beautiful home!

I cannot begin to explain how awesome this home was! It had SO much space, plenty of utensils in the kitchen which was a big help because we bought stuff to make breakfast & lunch and even dinner a few times. It was very clean when we arrived and even had shampoo/conditioner/body soap stocked in all showers so even less to pack. Beach towels were available as well. The dishwasher and washer & dryer set was very convenient, too! It was a few minute walk to the 5th avenue beach access (which is much less crowded than the others) and only had to cross the street once. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops & even a CVS. The host was available when needed, and everyone in the area was super hospitable. We could not have picked a better house, & area to spend our vacation! An absolutely wonderful experience and we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful beach house and perfect location!

We stayed with another family and we had a wonderful time! The house was great and the kids loved coloring chalk on the pavement and playing basketball outside. The beach items in the shed were also great and was super helpful to have the wagon to take items to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels so that was great! Only area for improvement is there wasn’t many dish cloths for washing dishes (but we made it work), or Kleenex but not a big deal. The guest house had a musty smell but we didn’t need to use it. Lots of beds for sleeping options in the house which was excellent. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beach and there is an ice cream parlor on the way too! Great restaurants nearby and the location was not as touristy compared to Clearwater. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible owner

When we got there the owner of the property had a brand new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the living room. The dishwasher was not working at the property and the owner said that was not a priority, and that it was not even hooked up for the last two guest. We had to wash all the dishes by hand or the entire trip. The unit was filthy, you could not walk on the floor without your shoes. I have socks that are black from the filth. We stay at a vacation rental twice a year at Indian rocks Beach. We will never stay at this location again it was disgusting.

Family Friendly and Restful

A clean and cute rental. Very spacious and open. They have maximized space in a clean uncluttered way. Very quiet neighborhood even with close neighbors. Privacy fence in the backyard needs a little attention but I’m sure this is already on their to do list. Routine pest control, mosquito protection, lawn care a big Plus. The one time we did communicate was received quickly and resolved. As stated by others the extra space out back definitely has a musty odor but had we used it I feel like an airing out would have taken care of that. (I air out my own home when returning from a week of it being closed up). We walked everywhere and only took the car out to visit another beach town one evening several miles away. My biggest concern was not being able to walk my pup on beach :(. I would rent again and friends took the info to share with other family coming in for the Holidays.

2024 Family Vacation

I don't even know where to start! This was the best experience that we could have had! Our beach house was BEAUTIFUL and exceeded all expectations. I was so nervous as it was our first time planning/booking something ourselves. The place had EVERYTHING we could have needed. The host was available and answered all questions and was upfront about anything that would come up during our stay. She was kind and helpful, and attentive. The house homes 3 beautiful bedrooms inside, with a wonderful open kitchen/living room. There was foosball for entertainment which was a bonus. There were TVs in all the rooms and the master shower was AMAZING! There was an in law suite outside. It was perfect for after beach showering, but could have been used as a private living quarters for our stay if it had been needed (complete with futon/bed/full kitchen/bathroom). The back yard was large and fenced in, with a wonderful grill and outdoor seating. There was a shed with many outdoor beach accessories/chairs! Most of all, it had perfect access to the most beautiful beach setting! Perfect sunsets, clear water, cross walk, and a SHORT walk. I wouldn't have changed anything about the access to the water. We were in walking distance of Mexican food, ice cream, seafood, the amazing Crabby Bills. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience. It was modern, clean, fully stocked, laundry appliances.... everything we needed to make a week worth of memories. I can't wait to be back 💙

Main house is a 5/5 star, the guest house has a musty odor

The guest house is a converted garage. It smells like a coastal, FL garage and had a musty/mold odor. It was too strong for us to stay there. We all slept in the main house. There were 7 of us and it was just the right amount of space for us to stay in the main house. If I go back in the future, I would only rent the main house. This location is perfection! It's close to many restaurants, bars, snack, and coffee shops. The beach is so close and not crowded. Watch for red light runners when crossing the street. There is a closet in the garage full of beach items like chairs, wagon and cart, toys, and coolers. This closet needs cleaned out and reorganized with shelving. Many of the items need thrown away bc they are rusted through or broken. Our week started out cold and got warmer, so we know the heat and AC both work well. The AC will not go lower than 70 degrees per the host. I loved the starts of TP, napkins, paper towels, hand and dish soap, and laundry soap. The showers had refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sheets were very soft. The beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable. I struggled to find a pillow that was not lumpy. We didn't have a working dishwasher while we stayed there. The new one sat boxed in the foyer all week but it was never installed. The kitchen has a ton of tools, gadgets, knives, and cookware. A DVD player would be nice in the family room. We walked every day and in the evenings too. We felt very safe in the area, and there is plenty of police presence.

WOW!

This place was great from start to finish. We got to Indian Rocks early and they let us drop our stuff off so we could make room for groceries. When we got back it was still early, but they let us go ahead and unpack groceries/luggage. The house had more than enough room for our group of 6 and the pictures doesn't do this place justice. Very nice guest house, which i have seen negative comments about. My wife and i stayed in it and didn't have to, but loved it. The place was fully stocked with everything you need. The walk to the beach was so easy, and i wasn't sure why, but no matter what time you walked out on the beach there was always plenty of room for my big ole tent. My wife said the only negative was no coat hangers LOL. We left some :) Thanks so much for letting us stay at your house. We will certainly be back :)

Would love to stay again!

My adult son, husband and me stayed at the property. We absolutely loved it. It was comfortable and in a perfect location. Only a couple of things that could be improved are the shed needs a clean out. Rusted beach chairs etc need to be replaced. We didn’t require full use of the studio. We did go in and it would be tough to stay in it full time as it is pretty damp and musty so larger parties should be aware of that. But we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great location/dirty floors & furniture

The location is fantastic. Linens were fresh and clean. Furniture, throw pillows and rugs are broken and dirty. One cannot walk on floors without getting black feet. Sinks and bathrooms were clean. Most of the beach supplies were spent/broken. No light or closet to use in master bedroom. It was locked and used for storage. Studio bungalow had no hot water and was musty. I suppose it is difficult to find renters to take care of one’s property. Beware of misleading charges on the backside. Over $500 for cleaning, utilities, and you are expected to wash your dishes, put them away and empty your trash despite paying an exorbitant amount for cleaning. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this VRBO again.
