Enjoy breath-taking sunsets and salty sea breezes from the spacious balcony overlooking the Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches, and the Clearwater skyline all from the 18th floor. Enjoy the beachside experience with views from almost anywhere at the beautiful Crescent Beach Club -18B! All the comforts of home await in this spacious beachy unit with floor to ceiling windows. This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The club boasts amenities such as 2 luxurious heated ocean front pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, a sauna and private steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor seating options. Balcony bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and private bath. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom, with attached bathroom hosting a queen Tempur-Pedic and a twin bunk bed.

*Rental restrictions apply. Condo Association Lease Agreement must be filled out and returned at least 7 days before your check-in date. We complete the agreement and send to you via DocuSign for your e-signatures. We cover the fee as well.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled about two miles south of Clearwater Beach and famous Pier 60. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Wonderful Vacation!

Becki and Larry's condo was wonderful! So clean and had everything we needed. It was close to great spots both to the north and the south. Becki and Larry got back to me within minutes and were very helpful for everything. Cannot rate this high enough - highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was lovely and the view was breathtaking. It had everything we needed for a family trip with a young child and elderly grandmother. The location was perfect for those who are looking for a quiet, clean beach and pool experience. The communication with Becki and Larry was great! They were very helpful and responded quickly. Great unit and wonderful complex!

My wife and I spent several days in this unit. It is well equipped, and the property manager was prompt to respond to questions or concerns. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.

AMAZING VACATION!

The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. We were thrilled to find everything even better than pictured. This rental provided a quiet yet entertaining place for our family vacation. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us throughout our entire stay to ensure we had the best experience. Beautiful condo and view

What a perfect week! We loved our stay at this condo. The property is very clean and well maintained. We couldn’t get enough of the view! We enjoyed the spacious balcony and the easy access to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in an area near the pool for easy access! The area is not crowded and the owners were extremely accommodating. I really can’t say enough about the overall property and condo. Amazing!!

Great Condo, Great location, Great amenities

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The views of both the ocean and bay were fantastic. The balcony had lots of room. We enjoyed coffee and lunch daily with a million dollar view. The amenities were excellent… access to beach, pool, tennis, game room. The beach at this condo was nice and felt private. Location was perfect. Close to everything Clearwater has to offer. A few restaurants and shops close by. Check in and check out were easy. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

A great escape

The amenities are great: kitchen is well equipped, bed was very comfortable, and the condo is nicely decorated. Any issues that popped up were dealt with quickly. The owners were very accessible and helpful. The property is in a great location for beach access and beautiful sunsets.

Stay at the Tate Condo

We have stayed in various condos in FL for years. This was at least as excellent as any of them. The owners are customer focused and treated us well. The building is centrally located for Clearwater/St. Petersburg. The condo has a beautiful view of sunsets. All the amenities we expect were present and in good order. It lived up to our expectations and it will be our destination for any future stay in the greater St. Petersburg area.

Perfection

This is our 7th year visiting the area and the 5th condo we’ve stayed in. And it’s definitely #1 on our list now. The building & amenities are beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The location is perfect - close enough to all the action but far enough for quiet too. The layout of the condo is great too - open kitchen and living room for hanging out quiet bedrooms with super comfortable beds.

Family vacation

The condo was great and we really enjoyed the amenities of the property. There was ample space for our family of 5 and we appreciated that the unit had condiments! Owners were very responsive to questions. Great view from the 18th floor and elevators were always quick. There were always chairs at the pool and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. Also used the indoor gym which was nicely equipped.

More than we have expected

Just back from a 4 week stay at this condo, we are very pleased with what we experienced there. We arrived in the dark, but already then we found everything in exceptional good condition. After the first night on extremly comfortable mattresses (very nice for middleaged persons with some backissues) in the masterbedroom we appreciated in the first morning light the wonderful view from the balcony. The first Keurig coffee there was accompanied by the first sight of a group of young dolphins short of the shoreline and huge floks of Pelikans sailing by in eyehight of our 18th floor balcony railing. From then on we spent a lot of our time there when not at the beach, the pool or on excursions. Sunsets from there are nearly too colourful to be true. Everything was like described in former rececisions and we are very happy that we found this place for our 4 weeks in Florida. Becky and Larry are indeed very nice to deal with and we can only recommend this condo for everyone looking for a great way to experience relaxing beach holidays a little separated from the crowd but anyway with good dining options reachable by foot in the vicinity or the chance to use the trolley departing straight in front of the building to the center of Clearwater Beach or even to the other direction to the fun places in the south hopping the islands in that way, sparing the parking problems at the desired destinations. All in all we had a perfect vacation thanks to that beautiful place.

1 Year Anniversary

This place is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. The owners respond very quickly no matter what the issue/concern may be. Amazing!

The property was everything and more! Everything we needed was already there from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. The condo was very spacious and clean. The owners provided clear instructions for checking in and also provided great ideas for our stay. They also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and will be staying again.
