This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal. The modern coastal decor makes you feel like you are staying in a 5 star villa. The master bedroom is a relaxing oasis with a TV and a private patio entrance. The bonus sunroom with a pullout sofa offers a sleeping area for two more guests. The spcacious bathroom has a linen closet, under sink storage, and walk-in shower so you have a place for everything when getting ready. After spending your day at the beach, fishing off the community dock, enjoying the pristine community pool, or grilling out for lunch, you can make dinner in your well-equipped kitchen and eat on your outdoor private dining patio. Those nights when you want to explore the area, you are close to some of the best restaurants, mini-golf, John's Pass Village, or downtown St. Pete's culture and nightlife. Adorable

We stayed for about a week and enjoyed the weather, beach, and pool. The grill is located just outside the front door and we had a lovely private patio in the back. My daughter slept on the day bed and my son on the pull out. Not that private, but it worked for my 10 and 11 year old. The bathroom is probably bigger than the kitchen, but again, it worked…plenty of seating when eating. Only one or two people can be in the kitchen at once. The property had fresh beach towels for us as well as a Cooler for the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. The decor was beach themed and it was all adorable. Appliances were finicky but they were in the midst of replacing the dishwasher. Super cute. Thank you.
