This property is located in the gated community Avalon, which features a spacious clubhouse offering free WiFi Internet access, a large heated swimming pool, as well as a 24/7 fitness center. The property is located within walking distance to Publix supermarket and liquor store, restaurants like Abe's Place Tap & Grill and Thai Coconut, and other shopping centers.

The condo was fully renovated in a modern style in June 2018 and is located at the 2nd (top) floor. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as all the necessary pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The unit comes with 1 King size bed, washer & dryer, as well as towels, pillows and linens, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet and a patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. In the unit you will also find a 55'' 4K UHD TV, a 39'' HD TV in the bedroom, unlimited Wifi internet access and unlimited calls with Canada & US, and everything necessary for a trip to the beach: 3 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler and beach toys.

The condo is located just 7 minutes away from award winning beaches, like the famous Pier 60 at Clearwater Beach, voted as one of the best in US in 2008, 2016 & 2018. Besides the impeccable beaches and inviting waters, boating, fishing, golfing, jet skiing, and many more beach activities, you can also visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where you'll find Winter the Dolphin, the star of the movie Dolphin Tale.

It's a quick drive to Tampa or St Petersburg International Airport, and the rest of Florida's major attractions like Disney World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and many more.

We have never experienced such wonderful communication as we received with Doru & Alina! They were quick to respond to questions and took the time to reach out and make sure our stay was what we expected. The condo was extremely clean and was as advertised in the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience of close parking. We would definitely stay in this unit again. I would give the experience higher than 10/10!!!

Excellent hosts & condo!
These hosts were the best communicators ever, and we've rented a lot of properties over the past 20 years. Doru & Alina respond very quickly to messages and questions. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated and worked perfectly for us. The pool is heated and there's a workout room. The apartment and property are as advertised on vrbo. We used Uber to get around and it worked great - Sand Key Beach or Clearwater Beach are a 10-15 min drive away. (Sand Key Beach is quieter during spring break; Clearwater Beach is very busy.) There's a Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery store, and several restaurants within very close walking distance. These owners obviously care about providing great customer service to their guests, and we would absolutely rent from them again. Cheers and thanks, Alina & Doru! :-)

EXACTLY as presented online. Appreciated clarity of instructions from hosts; easy communication; condo with all the amenities. Neighborhood was quiet with respectful neighbors. Not far to all varieties of restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus for us in December. 15 min drive to sunset on Clearwater Beach. Totally recommend for a get away from routine. Great stay!

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here in Clearwater and decided this property best suited our needs for our 7 day stay. Everything was cleaned and well taken care of. The location was less then 5 min away from the beach and maybe 15 mins from Tampa. The owners were so nice and checked in with us just to make sure we had gotten there okay which was a nice touch. My husband loved that the property came with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and magazine guides for the area. We will certainly be booking this place again!

Clean, well appointed, and thoughtful prompt communication
My husband and I have now stayed in 4 different units at The Avalon property. This was our favorite! I have many environmental sensativities and when I inquired about specific sensitivity concerns, I was greeted with prompt responses and compassion. Extra consideration and care was taken to insure I would have no issues during our stay. It was even offered that they would reach out to another owners of I felt their might be a problem. Their were no problems. The unit was freshly clean and sparkling! We had everything we needed. We made use of the comfy beach chairs and washer/dryer provided. The king size bed was comfy and we had plenty of space inside the unit. This is a second floor unit and we had no issues with noise. Parking was very close to the unit (and in the shade). We were able to actually see our car from the unit. The grounds were well maintained and the huge pool is amazing. To our delight we experienced no smoking as we walked about the property and spent time at the pool. In the past we have enjoyed the opportunity to use the pool side grill but, not this trip. The condition of the unit and parking, grounds and pool along with the convenience of being close to Clearwater beach and all our favorite restaurants, having Publix, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree right across the street makes us location premium. We will for sure seek out this unit and property owner(s) for our next stay in Clearwater as our first choice. Thank you!

Return guest. Lovely spot, close to the beach and also a nice pool on premises. We once again really enjoyed our stay and would come again. Hosts are very good communicators and are quick to respond if the need arises. Condo setup with everything you need. Amenities are close by - grocery store, restaurants, etc. Five stars!
