ESCAPE to enjoy the most beautiful SUNSETS on the Gulf of Mexico!!!

This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.
Great for vacation with family and friends!

Complex features beachfront heated pool, shuffleboard and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.

Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Great Vacation Spot

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to lots of shops and restaurants and a great ice cream place within walking distance. Grocery store is a easy five minute drive. Beach is fantastic!

Location is everything

Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance. At times it felt like we were the only people there. The condo was very spacious, updated and clean. Will be staying here again.

Extremely clean!

This was probably one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in; from the kitchen/bath to the common pool area. The unit had a highchair and pack n play which was very convenient. The location was perfect; walkable to many restaurants. We had a great time!

Perfect Location

We loved the location and right on the beach, with a cute little pool! We could walk to several places for cocktails and meals! Was able to bring our 2 dogs with us and loved that almost everywhere was dog friendly. Debbie the owner was a dream to work with a responded immediately! Loved the fact that she had everything we needed including chairs and beach towels! I would highly recommend staying here and we would do so again without hesitation!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay here for a week in May! The condo is nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, and comfortable couches. The kitchen was well equipped and there were even beach towels for us to use. The best part is that we didn’t need to drive all week. There are lots of great restaurants, a fantastic ice cream shop, and a Cvs right across the street. Also, the pool never felt crowded and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was a wonderful, relaxing week!

3 days. Was just a little disappointed that the walk to the pool and beach included a walk through the parking garage past the dumpster. No view whatsoever from the condo and stairs are a bit of a killer.

Updated price, outdated condominium

The location is beautiful because it is right in front of the beach. The very dirty pool, the deteriorated and old apartment, dirty and deteriorated washing machines, the stove does not work well, some of controls of the burners don’t even turn. The televisions are old and do not allow access to your Netflix, Disney etc. accounts.

Amazing Location on Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great time staying at the condo. You are a stones throw from the beach and near a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. The location could not be better for Indian Rocks and the condo itself is set up great and looks like the pictures. Just a few things to note - the front room with the king bed/master you can hear the traffic from the road. I am sensitive to sound but we were able to drown out the noise with an extra fan that was in the closet.The pool is used by the entire complex which when we were there was a mix of retirees, a group of couples and families. Not anything at all an issue but just something to be aware of. Also the pool stays in the shade until around noon which was nice. We will definitely be coming back!

Great vacation

The property is super clean. I could give it 5 stars if we did not find the washer has black mold. Probably because it is a front load and staying shut behind a sliding door so water did not get evaporated. It needs a thorough clean. Overall, it is a good prowrty. Just a few steps to the beach. Debbie is a great host. She responded to my inquiries in no time. My family love the location. The beach is clean, quiet. All stores are nearby. We will definitely book with Debbie again if we decide to visit Indian Rock beach again.

overhead noise ruined our stay

Overall, this is a very nice, clean, and comfortable condo, with a great location. However, the lack of any sound barriers between floors ruined our experience. We clearly heard every footstep and chair scrape from the condo above. The herd of elephants who were staying right above us were very active. We couldn't figure out however if they were constantly rearranging the furniture all day and evening, or having a roller derby contest. It was that bad. Lesson learned - we will not be renting a bottom floor condo again..........

Great Stay @ IRB

As part of a family who returns the the IRB / Clearwater area every year, I have experienced the good and the bad of rentals on the island. This location is one of the best experiences in more than a decade. The unit was clean and felt huge for its size. Ample room for two adults, two kids, and a dog. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and common kitchen necessities. Just bring food. While not facing the Gulf, it is a 60 second walk to the beach facing pool / sand. Chairs, toys, and floating things are available. The water is beautiful in the area and the public beach is far enough away to make this feel very private. Tons of walkable stores and restaurants including great breakfast spots, bars, restaurants, and plenty of inconspicuous gems to find local bands. The unit is between St. Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The causeway to the mainland is a few blocks away and makes the location even more convenient. Ms. Rodriguez was great from start to finish. Communication was easy and she was always very accommodating. Would definitely return. Thanks for the stay!

We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Our condo was very nice. No ocean view that it clearly states but we didn’t spend much time in the property. Pool was nice and clean and the short walk from the pool to the ocean was literally steps away. Definitely recommend.
