NO PARKING INSIDE THE GARAGE, ON THE STREET OR GRASS. NO UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK OUT. NO UNREGISTERED OVER-NIGHT GUEST ALLOWED, $40 PER NIGHT EXTRA
THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE IF BBQ IS NOT CLEANED AFTER USE. THERE IS A $20 FEE FOR EVERY MAKE UP OR OTHERWISE STAINED TOWEL.

We could not say better things about this home! From the moment of check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Gorqui was very communicative and always available if we needed anything. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. He gave us everything we needed for the perfect girls weekend. Highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!
